The RS-260 Field CBR Test Set is used to determine the California Bearing Ratio of soil in the field, as per ASTM D-4429. It evaluates the strength of subgrade soil and base courses for road and pavement construction. The set is manually operated and includes all necessary components for load and penetration measurement.
